On the booking form below, mark only the number of adults, do not enter the number of children.
If children are coming with you (8 – 17 yrs.), please write this under Message in Step 2 of the form. Only adults will be taken into account when calculating the price and the total price (children + adults) will be shown in the offer that we will send you after submitting the form. The cost for a child’s stay is 10 EUR per night.
Cancellation policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, we keep 30% of the total price. If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you will need to pay 100% for all nights.
Wood is a living, breathing material. It is of numerous colours, smells, structures and textures. It can stay preserved for centuries, thus representing a connection with tradition and nature, and even gaining in beauty over the years. Wood is also one of the healthiest materials, warm to the touch. It is a natural regulator of the indoor air and a sound-muffler. As your comfort and well-being is of utmost importance to us, we have fully furnished our apartments with mountain wood from our local forest.
Our apartments Lynx and Bear are named after indigenous Slovenian forest animals. The floor is made of high-quality and extremely durable larch wood. Decorative wall panels with exquisite textures and natural finishes give the space a special warmth. Both, floor coverings and wall panels are also available for purchase. The rooms are designed in a simple and economic way. Our goal was to create a peaceful and harmonious environment where our visitors can put their worries behind, rest and relax.
Furniture and fabrics
The furniture and fabrics in the attic apartments, including the double bed, are made of natural, breathing materials. The bedclothes are washed with organic washing powders and fabric softeners. Our massage pillows contain a filling made of beech balls combined with latex flakes and wool from the indigenous Jezersko-Solčava breed of sheep. On the landing above the bed there is a reading corner with a bed made of several layers of cotton, where one can relax and reflect, or take a nap. In cooperation with Slovenska postelja, one of the leading Slovenian mattress manufacturers, we wish to enable our guests better dreams.
Bathroom
The bathroom is filled with soft light coming from a large window that offers a beautiful view of the surrounding forest landscape. Next to the wooden sink, there is an organic bar of soap with a pleasant natural scent. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, and we collect, store and use rainwater to flush it.
The kitchen
The kitchen is the place where we play an active role in protecting our own health. We invite you to use home-grown vegetables from our garden and prepare interesting, refreshing and healthy dishes.
Both apartments also have a simple and bright living room with a dining area.
Green corner
The guests are invited to make use of the green corner at the back of the house. Each apartment has an outdoor fireplace and a wooden garden arbour surrounded by greenery.
